Welcome to Transformation Warriors Counseling and Wellness Center. I'm Jessica Lee, LMFT, CSLC and I provide therapeutic services for adults that are experiencing emotional distress and interpersonal/relational issues as a result of trauma or sexual/gender identity. I also work with new parents and parents to be around the many issues surrounding maternity care. Through Emotion Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), we can unlock the mysteries of alleviating stress from traumatic memories so you can live your life from a place of wholeness and connection.
What if you took time for you?
You are strong and resilient. You've made it this far, haven't you? You are a warrior of transformation. But transformation is messy work, and best done with the guidance of a professional who is willing to walk into the dark, lonely, scary places with you.
I like the dark.
In the shadows we find our most raw and vulnerable selves. It's where true healing happens and we learn to embrace ourselves for who we are. Maybe that's why you're here. Maybe you're looking for a licensed therapist to guide you through the darkness with a new sense of clarity, peace, and healing.
Warrior, you are in the right place.

Surviving a trauma such as physical or sexual abuse can leave you feeling anything from depression, anxiety, fear, confusion, shame, anger, and many other complex emotions. Let me help you navigate your feelings.
Your sexual and gender identity is an integral part of who you are and deserves to be respected. Sometimes a lack of understanding by family or society can cause internalized shame. Let's explore this together.
From fears about birth and parenthood, to miscarriage and infant loss, to postpartum depression, to breastfeeding struggles, you do not have to walk this path alone. Let me support you through this journey.
If you are feeling disconnected from your spirituality, are searching for a new more fulfilling path, or are looking to deepen your practice, you may have a unique set of challenges. Let's work through them together.
